Tim joined Oyster-IMS in 2022. He is a dynamic HR professional with extensive experience in supporting SME’s and their leadership teams through rapid change and growth.
He holds a MA in international human resource management and has held senior HR roles across the private, corporate and third sector organisations. During his career he has managed a full spectrum of HR programmes, services, and functions with a strong command of employment law, compliance, recruitment, reward and benefits, employee relations and performance management both within unionised and non-unionised environments. Tim has a track record of coaching in areas of transformational leadership, team building and managing change, with proven success in working across the business in all levels building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business challenges and improving employee engagement.
